An Admonition to All Ministers

I’m empowered.
It’s God’s choice.
No one can change that.
The Holy Spirit made it so.
The Lord is gracious and Kind.

Since the church started by the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost, it has outlived all it’s detractors, persecutors, adversaries and enemies. It’s impossible to destroy the church.
It will never happen.
Haman wanted to destroy the Jews in the book of Esther, the Jews were the perfect picture of the Church before the coming of the Lord Jesus, he paid a lot of money and ensured that his executioners were well-positioned to strike, but the plot failed woefully after just three days of prayer and Fasting by Modecai, Queen Esther and the Jews
Haman was hung upon His own gallows and the Jews were empowered to slaughter whosoever dared to touch them!
The Bible was written as a guide to the church, we see the heart and intention of men from the ages past and how God had been consistent in keeping for Himself a people raised for His Glory
We are the church of Jesus Christ, the nation He purchased for God from every nation, tribe and language!
He branded and sealed us with the Holy Spirit
He gave us a new language and a new Identity
We do not grow by natural means, He made us lights and gave us the ability to light up others and bring them into this new life so that none shall perish but that all may have eternal life
Many boasted that we are in a post-church age
Books were written about it
Professors and historians and sociologists all declared that the influence of the church had waned and secularism had taken over
They were wrong, dead wrong
Our origin is not of this world, we were born of God and whatsoever is born of God has already overcome the world
Glory!
Hallelujah
For those who were boasting of that…they forgot their history and our history.
There have been those who were more desperate than them…when the church was still young, they wanted to destroy it. They tried everything and still the church survived it.
It’s a vain imagination.
For a group to somehow consider that the church would either go extinct, completely underground or somehow fizzle out into some desert region and become history. NO! A THOUSAND TIMES NO!
It’s a mistake.

Daniel 2

Nebuchadnezzar was told that there was a divine interpretation to his dream.
That all human structure beginning with him, as the head of Gold, and the silver, bronze, iron mixed with clay shall pass away but the stone that was cut out without hand was from God and that stone destroyed the whole human structure and replaced it. And set up a kingdom which the word declared would not be left to other people.
In other words this kingdom would not be survived

The stone became a great mountain. It will not be left to other people, it was a Kingdom purchased by Christ for God from everlasting to everlasting (Revelations 5). No other group or empire or nation will survive the church because it is a forever Kingdom. It has a dominion that will never end.

Jesus Christ was made a high priest by the power of an endless life.
He was pronounced a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek

Forget it world! There’s no destroying the church!
That will never happen
It’s a vain imagination.

We belong in the biggest Kingdom the world ever knew and that the world will ever know.

This is the motivation for you to win souls. To draw men out of ignorance into knowledge and out of darkness into His marvelous light
Every individual is important in soul winning.
Never forget it and never underestimate anybody.
God has proposed to use any one of us for the biggest thing.
None of us is too small or too lowly.

What about if I’m insignificant and I’m doing a job and can’t reach anybody?

Who told you?
Remember Naaman the Syrian. Who evangelized Naamans house? A little slave girl.
It was not another general that led Naaman to Salvation.
Naaman became a worshipper of Jehovah.
It was a maid, a servant girl, who said to Naaman’s wife ‘”There’s a prophet in Israel who can restore him of his leprosy”.

In this country, an army general was led to Christ by his driver inside the car.
All you need is motivation.
There is nobody that is too lowly or insignificant.

Maybe you are a lady that sells things. You’d be surprised. The biggest people eat the smallest things.
How big is an egg? Don’t big people eat eggs?
This lady can witness to her customers and lead them to Christ.

Maybe you are a hairdresser. There are people that have money to make hair. They are the ones that come to you.
You can lead them to Christ.

When you listen to believers when they share their testimonies of leading people to Christ, you will realise that not winning souls makes you a docile member of this kingdom and Jesus prefers that we all bear fruit
You must try to lead people to Christ in every flight or shop you enter. You do this by the power of the Holy Spirit and the knowledge that the souls you are winning are being saved from eternal damnation
This is what the Lord had set us on course for. And we are bold and fearless. We preach the gospel to anybody and everybody.

Never underestimate what God can do through you
God wants to use you.

Sometimes when we structure the work in a formal way, we have this reasoning that may not be practically true.
E g. You think the bankers will reach bankers or judges will reach judges.
That’s not how the word of God spreads.

We train everybody.
The little maid told her Master’s wife. And that matter eventually went to the king. Naaman became worshipper of God.

Train everyone. Help them understand the significance of our work.
Become fearless.

Wealthy people have Barbers, don’t they? Barber, tell him about Jesus. Give him a good material to read to be reading while cutting his hair. Put the GSWMI tracts in your shops, the testimonies make for a glorious reading. Place them in the reception of your offices and shops
His colleague may never talk to him about Jesus, but i thank God for you because you will

We Train Everyone! Let them understand their opportunities. God needs everyone.

Our message in Christ is true. That God is no respecter of persons. Use it in evangelism. Win everyone. Train everyone.

There is a way that God’s word works in us.
The word enters you, inspires, motivates you, then gives you clarity of purpose.
The word of God is so powerful. Remember the word created the whole world.
The spirit ministers inside us and teaches us.
He inspires us and motivates us.
He propels us to action and then guides us.

If you let the word in, when finish reading this, you will be many times greater than when you came in.
When God wants to do something in your life, He does the work inside of you and this prepares you for the work you will do outside.
For the impact you will have have in your world, he created the power inside you. Everything is programmed inside you. If you would give him the permission to do his work, you will find the programming is complete for the next phase of your life.
By the time He is done with you, you are on course for this next phase of your life and it will be many times greater.

In HIM WE ARE EVER INCREASING

1. EVER INCREASING FAITH.
Open yourself for this. Don’t stop where you’ve been. Take off the lid.

2 Thess 1:3 We ought always to thank God for you, brothers, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love every one of you has for each other is increasing.

These Thessalonian Christians had ever increasing faith.
What a life they were living.

2 Cor 10:15 KJV, AMPC,NIV. Neither do we go beyond our limits by boasting of work done by others. Our hope is that, as your faith continues to grow, our sphere of activity among you will greatly expand, 16 so that we can preach the gospel in the regions beyond you. For we do not want to boast about work already done in someone else’s territory.

If I have ever increasing Faith, it will result in ever expanding ministry.
We stay in our vision even as we expand.
As ministers of the gospel, build the faith of your members. If their faith increases, our work among them will greatly expand.

A church or group where their faith is low, the work of faith is low.

How can I increase my faith? By knowing how Faith comes in the first place.
Faith comes by hearing.
If I’m going to have more faith, I will hear more of God’s word.
If I listen to things that give fear, I will build more fear.

Faith comes by hearing
You can pray as much as you want to, Faith is not going to come.

The more of the word I hear, the more my faith grows.
You can play music and dance all day. That will never grow your faith….because it was never done with the intention of growing your faith but for edifying you.

You can speak in tongues the whole day but you will only be edified.

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
You have to hear and give attention to the word of God in your life.
Some people operate on a low level of faith which cannot deal with the situations they face.

Jesus said “if you have Faith as the grain of a mustard seed, you will do the impossible”.

If you are in a situation, just read the word that has to do with that kind of situation and the faith that corresponds with that situation will come to you.

The more my faith increases, the more the activity of God expands in my life.

2. Ever-Increasing Grace.

You want to walk in that level in your life, where no matter what situation comes in your life, you have the grace to handle it.

It takes the mystery out of life.
It takes the pain and frustration out of life.

John 1:16 KJV, AMPC. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
We have all received Grace heaped upon grace. It encompasses grace, spiritual favor, gift…

My life is for ever increasing Grace. I’ve got grace for whatever i need.

The difference between you and anyone else is the grace at work in your lives. He may be as gifted as you or have more talents than you
..but if you have been given a grace, it doesn’t matter what his abilities are. He can’t get to you.

James 4:6 6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
He doesn’t want you to just stay at the grace that he already gave you. You can have more Grace.
If you promoted with more responsibilities, without the accompanying grace, you can’t succeed.

He gives more Grace.
You can enter into that verse any day, any week.

He GIVES more Grace. Right now I can receive more Grace.

This month, special grace was released, the grace of completion and we saw it manifest in many aspects of our lives and ministry, yet another grace has been given, for we walk in preordained paths of grace and greater grace

2 Cor 9:8 AMPC 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
God makes all grace abound towards you. He directs grace to your path.
I’m walking in grace in the name of Jesus. Divine favor!!!
When you enter a shop, say ‘i’m divinely favored. Grace is working in me. Things are happening in my interest. I take advantage of the grace’.

2 Tim 2:1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
Take advantage of the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

This grace is able to give you free flight throughout the year.
It will give you a house fully paid for.
What others are struggling for, it’s coming to you free. It’s grace at work in your life.

I refuse to struggle in life.
Some of you have functioned in some level of grace.
There are other levels.
And those levels are reserved for you.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Don’t stay in the grace you had last year. It worked very well, but there can be more.
He giveth more grace.
Father I thank you for all the grace I’ve been waking in. I’m ready for a new level of grace.

You don’t have to move to the very next level. It can be many times more.

How can we make this happen?
Say
“Father I want to be everything that you want me to be. I know that you have a role and I have my role. Please don’t let me be ignorant of my role, so that I don’t fail you. Because you have made me able but if I don’t know it, I can’t fulfil it.”

2 Peter 1:1-2 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Grace… Not added but multiplied.
You can have grace multiplied.
Grace MANY TIMES MORE.

Knowledge: Epignosis of God.
The more I get to know him through the word, the grace in my life will be multiplied exponentially.

Suddenly, you are Here!

With this in mind, my reality has already changed!!

I don’t know the next thing I will be, but it is going to be glorious!!!

What is that next level? It’s going to be HUGE!

Grace is multiplied.
I know who I am.

3. Ever-Increasing Knowledge.
I am open to ever increasing Knowledge.

The next time you meet me, my knowledge is expanded. Ever growing.
2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
He wants us to grow up in our knowledge of the Lord.
If I get to know Jesus more, what but a greater glory in my life?

Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Why should I stop when God is saying that I can increase in the knowledge of God.
This is my life.
My knowledge level of a week ago is not enough. I have changed. I have increased in knowledge.

Some people are not increasing in knowledge. You may even be losing knowledge because knowledge is not stagnant.

You have those who think they are very busy so they don’t have time to increase Knowledge.
In that work, you are fruitful and productive, and with all that, you are increasing in the knowledge of God.

The Epignosis of God is different from the Gnosis.
Dealing with the fuller, deeper, acquaintance and recognition in terms of knowledge.

Be voracious for knowledge. God for it.
2 Tim 2:15 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Study. Give attention to the word so you can increase your knowledge of God’s word..

Philippians 3:18
All that time you spend watching worldly videos or watching football, telemundos and cooking channels or gossip lifestyle. If you want more knowledge, there are things that you have to put aside. .
What are you ready to give up for more knowledge?
Those time wasters.
If you don’t give them up, you can’t attain the excellent knowledge.

Of what use is it for you to sing and dance if you don’t have
the word. No matter how good you dance,… Even you can dance like Michael Jackson and twist 360, after all of that, you will still settle down and face life.
But if you have the word of God, you gain excellent knowledge.
If you want excellent knowledge, you have to give up some things

Every time you spend on the word will give you eternal glories and eternal Joy.

Phil 3:10. I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to Him in His death, This becomes your dream.
How much more do you want to know him.
To know him is to love him.
If you get to know, you will fall in love with him.

4. Ever Increasing Love.

To know him is to love him

1 Thessalonians 3:12
Abound in love.
Increase and abound in love.
Increase and overflow with love.

Philippians 1:9-10. AMPC., MSG.
9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.
If I increase in Love and I’m functional in knowledge and in all judgment, here is what will follow.
Things that are excellent, I will easily Judge.

LEARN TO LOVE APPROPRIATELY.
You need to use your head and test your feelings.

Ever Increasing Vision

With my faith increasing and grace at work.
My knowledge increasing and walking in love, you notice that your vision increases.

The more you walk in love the more your vision increases.
Love covers a multitude of sins. Somehow you don’t see the things they do against you.
That’s what it really means when they say Love is Blind.
Love doesn’t see hurts.
They step on your toes? No, you are not thinking like that. .stay above all of those blemishes.
“I know Brother Gbenga doesn’t like me. He just pretends to like me”.
Refuse to be in that position.
If the brother or sister doesn’t like you, there are things he or she can do. It won’t take him long to do them whether good or bad.

As long as that’s not the case, your brethren must like you. We have no option but to love and like one another.

The office of a Pastor: is an office of the spirit that causes a leader to like you whether you like it or not. The idea that your brothers or sisters don’t love you is a farce. Because that spirit of God placed a leader in that office. Even when he/she struggles with it, He is bound to love you. The day he/she stops loving you, he has suspended the office. So ask him “Pastor do you want to suspend the office?”
He cannot but love you.
That’s the reality.

Philippians 3:12-14. Because my vision has Increased, I press.
12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

There is a higher mark, I press for it.
A few months ago GSWMI has only one school and once class, see how we have grown exponentially on every side
All truth is parallel.
You are going to do the same thing in every other area.

The world is our parish.
We are taking the whole thing.
Our vision has enlarged.

Romans 15:20. KJV, AMPC, MSG 20 Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation:

He wanted to go to where there were no fellowships. That was Paul’s ambition.
Be a visionary cell leader.
Go to places that have not been taken.
Be a cell leader with a difference.

We are moving to the global arena.
You can become a global leaders, planting ministries around the world.
Be an ambitious leader.

When you come to a new area, first ask ‘do we have any ministry here?” Then plant one.

6.Ever Increasing Ministry.
Romans 15:21-23

Understand the kind of ministry that God has brought us into.

When you look at Paul and the apostles, you see an ever increasing ministry.

Acts 2:40-41.
Right after they received the Holy Ghost, they started preaching fruitfully. (3000 souls)

Acts 4:4 (5000 men, women and children not counted)
V31-32 (a multitude believed.)

Acts 5:12-14.
From a multitude to multitudes.

They started having meetings in different places.
Acts 5:28- They filled Jerusalem with their doctrine.
It was the sinners that were complaining.
Have you filled your city with your doctrine?
We are about to fill the city, the nation and the world with our doctrine.

Acts 6:1
There were those that believed….then there were disciples (those coming for meetings)

Remember Jesus had many followers but only the 120 real disciples received the Holy Ghost on the day of pentecost.

Acts 6:7
Once they had more deacons, the word of God increased. And the number of disciples multiplied in Jerusalem GREATLY.

Some say the Jews don’t believe. Who told you? The disciples were Jews.
As a nation, they have not yet accepted the kingdom, but individuals are receiving the gospel.

There is no country that is hard for God. You can win souls and they will follow you from Jerusalem to Asia.

V7: even the priests were obedient to the faith.

Acts 19: 8-10
Paul preached for 3 months. He rented a school building and kept teaching…for two years. All of Asia minor was covered with the gospel. Without Internet. Without TV…but with the Holy ghost.
We can do anything with Holy Ghost.
From here to the ends of the earth.

No limits!

7.Ever Increasing Glory.
With ever increasing ministry, is ever increasing glory.
From now on, something is changing.
*GO wild for God!*

If someone doesn’t believe that he can have an ever increasing faith, love, grace, knowledge etc…. it will never happen if he never goes for it. How can it happen?

It is a life that you must become acquainted with. It is not only real, it is what God desires.
God desires nothing less than for us to have an ever increasing glory.
To live in such spiritual splendor that even if they look at you on the outside and see nothing, the peace that you have will surpass human understanding. You will experience a peace that cannot be explained. A joy that overflows from you that is indescribable.

2 Cor 4:6.
The light came out of darkness.
This is scientifically impossible. How can light arise out of darkness?
God didn’t shine the light into the darkness.
But he looked into the darkness and commanded the light to shine from out of the darkness.
V6
There was the glory of God in the old Tabernacle. In the mountain…
But this glory comes from contemplating Jesus Christ.
V7: the glory is a treasure.
If you get to know Jesus, there is a glory about him.
We have this treasure in earthen vessels. It is supernatural.
The glory is something inside you which you can make work.

2 Cor 3:18 KJV, AMPC
As we look, we are changed.
As we behold the glory of God in his word, we are transfigured into the glory that we see.
As I study the word, I see me. I see divinity at work in me. The more I look, the more I am changed.
So I keep looking.
The more I study the word, the more my life is transfigured.

No, you will never complain again. The limits are gone forever!
Those who are complaining have never seen him..
When you come into this class of reasoning, all complaints cease. Because all limitations are gone.

If you understand this, even if your Pastor takes all your cells and tells you to start afresh, you only shout GLORY!!

You are ready for changes.

LUKE 9:28-29
As he prayed…the fashion of his countenance was altered. Something happened to his clothing as he prayed.
There was a change from inside. His face changed. So much so, the power began to get into his clothes.

There were different steps in my life and journey of discovering Jesus and discovering the word of God that completely changed my life.

V29. The glory increased.
This glory that they saw was from within as he prayed. This is the transformation which each one of us can and should have through praying in the holy ghost and SUSTAIN IT.
If you pray for a short time, you can’t sustain it. It can’t stay.
To sustain that glory, you have to do another thing.
Give yourself to prayer.

You can’t spend a lot of time talking and making ungodly chatter.
2 Tim 2:15-16 AMPC, NIV
Avoid vain, useless idle talk if you want to see your life go from glory to glory.
Avoid godless chatter.
What you want to see in your life is from glory to glory.

2 Cor 3:18 AMPC
Where is the spirit? In you

I am ready for ever increasing glory.

If you have been here, beholding the glory of God in this place, you have contacted something. Hold on to it. Sustain it through prayer.
That glory will continue.
