The Encounter in Delta

We got to the venue of the programme
at about 10:30 pm
The activities of the Encounter night were
already in full swing
The man of God, who invited GSW and the
PSSBC Ministers was ministering
He was singing and exhorting the crowd
at the same time
It was the gospel
It was chanting and singing in the spirit
It was Hymns and spiritual songs
It was tongues and wonders
Pastor Eyitayo Bamidele was the first
to minister
He delivered the message of the Holy Spirit
to His church succinctly
After his ministration, he made an altar call
for those who want to receive the life of
Christ and those who want to receive the
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
PSSBC Ministers did their thing and the
Holy Spirit worked His wonders
Then the Voice of the Lord came to me
He said “Step Outside this Hall”
I did!
I took a walk, defying the rain!
The Lord had told me it was going to
rain mightily on the day I received the
invitation to minister at the encounter
The Convener of the programme told
me they were praying and he was sure
it wouldn’t rain but I was so sure
I insisted the programme had to be
done indoors and not outdoors
I insisted the programme be moved from
outdside the hall into the hall
The rain does not usually work against
the sons of the day
When we have a programme and the
rain shows up, it is part of the divine
arrangement for that day
All things work together for our good
As oon as I stepped back into the hall
The Holy Spirit said “Stay at the back
for a while”
So I took a seat at the back of the hall
Then He said “You will receive a gift,
what you receive is what I want you
to give my people”
Within a minute, a lady approached me
with a white envelope
She said “Please pray for me!”
I didn’t check the content of the envelope
I held her hand and prayed
The anointing overtook her
As she laid on the floor, slain in the
spirit, I walked back to the front seat
where GSWMI ministers were seated
Sister Bola Arogunmaya was brought
on the altar to minister
She began to sing and I began to hear
a strange song

“Akal Esh, Akal Esh, Akal Esh”

I hear a new song in my Spirit

Sister Bolatito was still singing
Signs and wonders started happening
The power of the Holy Spirit ushered
in the ministering angels
I took over the ministration from the
Fiery minstrel and we continued into
the new dimension of the Spirit that
was opened unto His church
Waves of glory rolled and the church
of Jesus was blessed
The service closed at about 2:40 am
in the morning
We returned to our Hotel rooms buzzing
with the power of the Holy Spirit
We have all been in many services
That particular service was very
different
Hardly had I settled down in my hotel
room when the testimonies started
rolling in
All I did was sing the “Akal Esh” song
over and over till daybreak
Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t stop
The cloud of glory was all over me
Hallelujah!
