The lion depends on its claws,
The Shark on its teeth.
The Eagle on its eyes,
But you oh Lord are my Strength.

You are my weapon for the battle,
My refuge in times of war,
You are the mystery behind my story,
The main character in my biography.

Take God out of life,
The sun will dim, never to shine again.
The moon will fall from its hold,
The wind will not blow,
No God, no life.
